What does a standard residential cleaning include?
Every visit includes dusting, vacuuming, mopping, disinfecting bathrooms and cleaning kitchen surfaces. We follow a room-by-room checklist so nothing gets skipped. You can add extras, like cleaning inside the fridge or oven, when you book.
Do I need to provide cleaning supplies or equipment?
No. We bring professional-grade products and all the tools we need. If you want us to use a certain product on a surface, just tell us and we will use it.
Can I change my cleaning schedule after signing up?
Yes. You can switch between weekly, every-2-week and every-4-week plans at any time, with no penalty. We ask for 48 hours' notice so we can adjust our schedule.
Are your cleaners insured and background-checked?
Yes. Every cleaner is personally interviewed and background-checked. Every cleaner carries their own general liability insurance, and we carry our own as well.
