We start by walking through your space to learn its size, how busy it gets and any needs specific to your industry. Then we write a task list, recommend how often each task is done and give you a clear quote, all before any work begins.
What times are available for commercial cleaning?
We offer morning, daytime, evening and weekend times. Most clients prefer after-hours cleaning so the workday is not interrupted, but we are happy to work around your schedule.
Do you carry commercial liability insurance?
Yes. We carry our own general liability insurance, and every cleaner carries their own. On request, we can send a certificate of insurance to you or your property manager.
Can you handle multi-location accounts?
Yes. We currently clean for several businesses with multiple sites across the Cincinnati area. You get one point of contact, one bill and the same standards at every location.
What cleaning products do you use?
We bring professional-grade cleaning products. If your business needs specific products, tell us when we plan your cleaning.
