Pricing

How much does house cleaning cost?
A one-time clean of a 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom home under 1,500 sq ft costs $155. The price goes up with more bedrooms, bathrooms and square footage. Recurring plans save 10–20% from your second visit. For example, a 1-bedroom home cleaned every 2 weeks is $131.75. See the full table on our pricing page, or get your exact price instantly.
Are there any hidden fees or add-on charges?
No. We don't charge for supplies or travel, and we don't add charges after the visit. Your price is based on the details you give us about your home when you book. We only adjust it if your home's condition is significantly different from what you described.
Do you charge for the first cleaning?
Yes. Your first visit is charged at the regular price. If your home hasn't had a professional clean in the past month, we also add a one-time First Time Clean charge of $100–$250, based on size. It covers the extra detail a first visit needs.
Can I get a discount for recurring service?
Yes. You get 20% off weekly cleans, 15% off cleans every 2 weeks and 10% off cleans every 4 weeks. The discount applies automatically from your second visit.

What's Included

What does a standard cleaning include?
In living areas and bedrooms, we vacuum, mop and dust, give the baseboards a light dusting, and clean ceiling fans and mirrors. In bathrooms, we clean the toilet, shower or tub, vanity, tile grout, mirrors and floors. In the kitchen, we clean the countertops, backsplash, stovetop, inside the microwave, cabinet fronts, sink and the outside of appliances. We bring everything we need.
What's not included in a standard clean?
Inside ovens, inside refrigerators, inside cabinets, laundry, dishes, and exterior windows are not part of a standard visit. You can add these as extras when you book.
Do you bring your own supplies and equipment?
Yes. We bring professional-grade products and all necessary equipment. You don't need to provide anything.
What's the difference between a standard clean and a First Time Clean?
A standard clean maintains a home that is already in good shape. A First Time Clean, sometimes called a deep clean, also wipes down and scrubs the baseboards, and cleans door frames, window sills, blinds, vents and furniture. New clients start with one. You can add inside the oven, fridge and cabinets when you book.

Booking & Scheduling

How do I book a cleaning?
Book online at lovelandcleaning.com/book. It takes under two minutes. Choose your service, pick a date and see your price, and your booking is confirmed.
Can I reschedule or cancel?
Yes. Contact us at least 48 hours before your appointment and we'll move it for you. If you cancel with less than 48 hours' notice, you may be charged up to 50% of the scheduled service cost. Same-day cancellations or no-shows may be charged the full service amount.
How far in advance do I need to book?
We recommend booking 3–5 days ahead for recurring service. For one-time or move-out cleans, booking a week or more ahead is ideal to secure your preferred date.
Can you clean if I'm not home?
Yes. Most of our recurring clients give us a key or door code. We clean while you're out and lock up when we leave.
