Pricing FAQ

How is my price calculated?
Your price starts from your number of bedrooms ($155 for a 1-bedroom home), adds $20 for each bathroom after the first, and adds a size surcharge from 1,500 sq ft. Recurring plans take 10–20% off from your second visit.
Why is my first recurring visit the full price?
Your recurring discount starts from your second visit. Your first visit sets the standard that your regular cleans keep up.
Is tax included?
No. Prices are before Ohio sales tax (7.8%), which is shown in your total before you confirm.
Can I book a same-day clean?
Sometimes. Same-day bookings carry a $150 surcharge and depend on availability. Call us to check.
When am I charged?
A temporary hold is placed on your card about 24 hours before your appointment, and your card is charged the day after your clean is completed.
